I am having trouble logging in
Try these two things:
- The password is case sensitive, so be sure to pay attention to upper and lower case letters
- Copy/pasting the password from your confirmation email will result in an error – please type it in manually.
'Continue Last Session' isn't working
If you are clicking ‘Continue Last Session’ and getting an error, such as “Team not recognized” follow these steps:
- Hard close the app (on iPhone: swipe up from the bottom, pause in the middle of the screen, then swipe up on the app you want to close)
- Log in again as if it were the first time
Your progress will still be saved!
I don't know where to go to start
Your confirmation email has a starting location address. Go there, then start your Trivia Walk!
I can't find myself on the map / my movements aren't picked up the the app
Sometimes, tall buildings nearby can cause interference with the GPS (satellites). Try moving around a bit in order for for them to find you again!
FAQs
Should I download the app ahead of time?
Yes! In fact, be sure to download the LoQuiz app (iTunes or Google Play) while connected to wifi for better download results. You can even log in ahead of time using the username and password in your confirmation email, so you can see the map before you play.

Yes, there is no limit to the number of times you can stop and pick up where you left off later.
